Dance Center Policies

Credit Cards:

As of Dec 1, 2010 we are no longer going to accept any credit card payments. Registration can still be completed online, but you must mail in or drop off checks or cash to Westport Dance Center P.O. Box 2223 Westport, Ct 06881.

Program Refunds:

If the Dance Center cancels a program a full refund or credit will be issued to all participants.

Program Fee Pro-Rates:

Pro-rates will be given by the Dance Center after 5 weeks of classes.

Holidays:

There are no refunds or pro-rates for classes falling on scheduled holidays or Dance Center closings.

Make-ups:

Make-up classes for excused absences are by the discretion of the Dance Center Director. Only classes running under max enrollment are eligible. All make-ups must be done during the semester.

Weather Cancellations:

We will email all currently enrolled students for any class cancellations.

Refund Policy:

Program refunds and credits are only available for documented medical reasons, and are pro-rated from the date the written medical excuse is received by the Dance Center Director.

Should you choose to withdraw from a program without a medical excuse, you must do so two (2) weeks before the start of the session in writing to the Dance Center Director.

There will be a 25% service fee for all refunds and credits.

Student Conduct Policy:

All Westport Dance Center students must abide by the rules and policies of the Dance Center. Students will be made aware of all policies and rules by the WDC Faculty. Failure to comply will result in consequences, and it is the Director's prerogative to dismiss a student from the school if such misconduct continues.
