Registration F.A.Q.
Q1. I just finished registering for the first time, but it only let me sign up for 5 classes. Can I register for more?
Answer: Yes you can. You need to login to our WDC Portal to register for more classes. Make sure you read the CONFIRMATION EMAIL that was sent to you after your initial registration.
Q2. I never got a confirmation email. Where is it?
Answer: It may be in your SPAM folder. Check there first. If it's not there please email us at support@westportdancecenter.com for assistance. AOL users, click here for info on how to fix this problem.
Q3. I registered successfully, but I didn't get a total balance. Did my credit card get charged?
Answer: No your card was not charged. Please see the Tuition page for the full fee schedule.
Q4. I didn't see the class I want to register for, but I know it's being offered. Where is it?
Answer: There are two possibilities. One, you may have to reset the class "filter" (at the top of the class list) to "ALL". Click here to see more. Or two, the class may be full. If the class is full, you may add a name to the class waiting list. Please email Marlayne at mschaeffer@westportdancecenter.com and put "Waiting List" and the name of the class in the subject of the email. You will be contacted after with more details.
Q5. I tried to login to the WDC Portal, but I don't have a password. What now?
Answer: You need to CREATE YOUR PASSWORD. It's easy, on the login screen just click "I Don't Know My Password", and our system will generate one and email it to you. Click the image below to see more.
Again, make sure you check your SPAM folder if you don't receive your password. Then, just return to the WDC Portal login screen to enter the portal. Email us at support@westportdancecenter.com for more assistance.
Q6. What options for payment do you accept?
Answer: If you use Online registration, we accept Visa and Mastercard, We no longer accept Amex. If you opt for In-person registration we only accept checks or cash, No credit cards.
