| *To receive a full refund (less registration fee) a written request mut be received by the Westport Dance Center 2 weeks prior to the beginning of the class. |
*Unless you provide a written medical excuse requiring a student’s withdrawal from a class, there are no refunds for tuition, costume deposit, or registration fees.
*Fees may be paid by check, cash, or money order. We no longer accept credit cards.

It is the parent's responsibility to notify the Director by January 3rd, 2012 if your child will not be in the Annual Spring Performances.
COSTUME FEES
For every class your child participates in at the recital, there will be a costume fee. This year, we are charging a $25.00 per class costume deposit, payable in September. We try to keep the costumes at a reasonable price. Our students look forward to wearing the costumes and they enhance their performance.
You will be sent a costume bill around February 15.
All costume fees must be paid by April 1.
You will not be able to access the online ticket box office for the Quick Center June 5, 2010 Spring Recital unless your costume fees are paid in full.
